At sunset, the shapes of The Constellation light up and sparkle like stars against the night sky, bringing the striking portrait to life. To witness this moment for the first time, many visitors gathered at The Founder's Memorial around sunset for the artwork's first official lighting, to be held fifteen minutes after sunset each day .
Visitors to the Welcome Center were treated to a series of compelling multimedia presentations exploring Sheikh Zayed's life and values, along with rarely seen images, personal stories, articles and interviews with those who knew and loved him.
