The Rolling Freedom Skate Park resides in the eastern-most section of Horseshoe Lake Park and is managed by the City of Woodland. The skate park was completed in 2007 with the help of money donated from the Woodland Rotary Club as well as other volunteers.
To use this skate park, the city wants skaters to wear protective gear (helmets, wrist guards, and elbow/knee pads) and to not use the skate park if the surfaces are wet.
