"We started in 1972 with our toy store "TOY CENTER" at Weimarstraat 66. In the early 1980s we sold Nintendo's Game&Watch hand games there, among other things. This was followed by the Philips Videopac G700, Atari 2600, Atari 600/800 XL, ZX-81, Aquarius, CBS Colecovision, Mattel Intellivision, Commodore 64/Amiga game consoles. We sold these computers in a small space in the toy store and this corner was also called the Game Shop.

After a few years, this space became much too small and they moved across the street with the video games. The first video game specialty store in the Netherlands is a fact. After a few years, this store also grew out of its jacket and a second branch was opened in the Schoolstraat.
