Glg: En Sanxenxo hai unha ruta de mulleres na historia que tiveron un papel importante. PAra conmemorar isto e darlle visibilidade, o Concello de Sanxenxo e dúas asociacións de igualdade fixeron esta ruta.

Primeira muller en dirixir un diario nacional e pioneira do xornalismo. Desenvolveu a súa traxectoria en medios de comunicación de Cataluña. Asinou as súas primeiras críticas cinematográficas cun pseudónimo masculino: Felipe Centeo, un personaxe de Galdós. Exerceu de asesora literaria das películas da produtora americana Paramount Pictures. Súa é a primeira tradución ao castelán de Peter Pan. Fixo ademais teatro para as crianzas. Membro do Partido Galeguista o dirección da Vangarda. Era a única muller da redacción. Acabada a guerra, foi vítima da represión franquista e pasou corenta días encerrada nun convento.
