Cody Andrew Allison is remembered with a commemorative woodwork marker handcrafted from dimensional lumber at his Oakland Cemetery grave site in Cranston, Rhode Island. The plot is near the southeast corner of the burial ground just south of the loop road.

The wood tablet tombstone is made from horizontal oak and pine slats within a tight fitting frame. Its front side is embellished with a cross on a keystone, trapezoids on the left and right edges, and smaller wedge accents. His name, birthday and passing date are in an Old English typeface applied to the surface. The dates appear vertically to the left and right of his full name:
