Formó parte del convento franciscano fundado en el siglo XIII. De estos tiempos conserva la portada principal, obra de cantería acabada con tres arquivoltas, sin timpano y sin esculturas. Adosadas al muro de la sacristía y a uno de los brazos del crucero, se conservan algunas arcadas del claustro del convento. También es medieval el arco apuntado del presbiterio. En el altar mayor destaca un hermoso retablo de estilo barroco recientemente restaurado"

It was part of the Franciscan convent founded in the 13th century. Of these times it preserves the main cover, a stonework finished with three archivolts, without tympanum and without sculptures. Admounted to the wall of the sacristy and one of the arms of the transept, some arcades of the cloister of the convent are preserved. The pointed arch of the presbytery is also medieval. On the high altar, a beautiful recently restored Baroque-style altarpiece stands out.
