This benchmark sits to the north of WILCOX NO 2 and is 3 feet to the west of a north-south fence line (one does not need to cross the fence to see the mark). The mark is set in a square concrete post that projects about 6 inches above the ground and is 2 feet south of a metal witness post. At some point the mark has either taken a hit from heavy machinery or settled in the ground so that the concrete post is now tilted about 30 degrees off from its original position.
