Description of Memorial: The memorial is a four side concrete block approximately four feet tall with the traditional combat boots, helmet, and rifle on top. The dedication is on the north side and list of wars on the south. It sits in the median of the main north/south thoroughfare through Brooklyn, Michigan. The memorial sits in front of a tall flagpole flying the United States flag.
