The Protestant Church was built in 1781–82 by Hans Ulrich Haltiner and his son.

The interior is decorated in a Rococo style. The interior work was done in 1782, from the shop of Andreas and Peter Anton Mosbrugger. The Pulpit was constricted in 1782 by Isaac Hug.
In 1865–66, a complete renovation was led by Johann Christoph Kunkler, and in 1969-70, the interior was restored by by Max Rohner.
