"The Breckenridge Library is a division of the Breckenridge Library and Fine Arts Foundation. It is a private, non-profit library providing various public service for the residents of the town of Breckenridge and Stephens County, Texas.

The Breckenridge Library contains 6 public access computers, 2 card catalog computers and WIFI access. To use the library computers, patrons must provide a valid and current picture ID (driver's license or state Identification card). Patrons may not insert any media into the library's computers. Wireless laptop users must follow the same procedures as all other computer users by providing valid identification before passwords and logins can be provided. A black & white printed page costs 25 cents per page but printing is not available for WIFI users at this time. A colored printed page costs 50 cents per page. WIFI passwords and logins change daily."
