[ES] Esta espectacular chimenea de Madrid, exenta del edificio, obra del gran arquitecto Ricardo Velázquez Bosco es, sin duda, la más elaborada y llamativa del paisaje capitalino.
Tras la verja, la chimenea del ministerio puede disfrutarse desde la cuesta de Moyano mientras uno visita los puestos de libros antiguos.
Realizada durante la tercera reforma del edificio, en 1885, en el estilo ecléctico que predomina en todo el conjunto, destaca por sus detalles neorománicos. Y el remate-capitel de la chimenea, en forma de corona, con sus arcos y columnas en miniatura, la hacen única.
