This is the type of metal star that Sheriffs would have worn in the USA during the early years of their expansion to the west.
This is appropriate as the bar, which opened in 2018, is a country and western cowboy style pub.
Inside the bar has saddle-style stools and barrel-shaped tables and plays country music.
Outside, as well as the sign, the tops of the windows have coloured glass with silhouettes of cowboys at sunset.
