The Nautical Flag is located behind the Millennium Fountain and the Steveston Tram.

This Made for the Millennium location is in Steveston, British Columbia at the corner of No. 1 Road and Moncton Street. The fountain was created in 2000 to mark the Millennium.

A plaque was placed nearby celebrating the partnerships that created the fountain on June 2nd, 2001.
