Buenavista was a small town that was developed during WWII to entice people to live near and work at a rubber plant. The town has now been enveloped by Bolger. This drive-in theater was constructed in 1949 and was active through the 1980s. Abandoned for thirty years, some of the structures are still present. The remnants of the ticket booth and concession stand are still mostly there, but the big screen burned in July 2002. The foundation is easily visible from the (closed and locked) gate. The satellite view still shows plenty of evidence of the theater's remains.
Current condition: Very little remains (signs, speaker posts, car ramps, screen structure, etc.)
