You'll find this Old-World Florida themed manhole cover at Brownwood Paddock Square in The Villages, Florida. It is on the south side of the public plaza, just north of the large timber post gate and between the pair of covered grandstands.

The design features a long horn cattle inside a circular frame at the center point with "Brownwood" arcing immediately above and "The Villages" running below. Above those elements "Established 1887" rounds out the interior part of the layout. The outer edge reads "COMMUNICATION" at the top and "SUMTER COUNTY FLORIDA" at the bottom.
