I thought all the statues had books in them, but this one doesn't. It is of a mother seated on a bench holding her daughter. The mother's hair is up in a bun. She is wearing a dress and she is barefoot. The little girl on her lap is turned looking at her mother. Her left hand is up to caress her mother's cheek. Her right hand is clutching a teddy bear to her chest.
