A small picnic shelter built by Kevin M. Crane (Boy Scout Troop #484) in 1996 for his Eagle Scout Project. The picnic shelter resides in La Center's Holley Park and is the only sheltered picnic area the park has.
The picnic shelter is near the entrance to Holley Park's walking trail and has a sign attached to the shelter that mentions the total distance the trail is.
