Binoculars in the Petersholm bird tower, where you can partly see birds in Filsø and partly see deer in the meadow. It is free to use the binoculars and there is a stool in front of it, so children can also use the binoculars.

Filsø was re-established in 2012 after being drained for agricultural land since 1852. Since then, birdlife, flora and fauna have rapidly returned and Filsø is called "The Botanical Miracle".

The first White-tailed eagle built a nest at Filsø already in 2013.
There are also large flocks of swans, geese, ducks and wading birds as well as a number of exciting small birds

Denmark's largest population of Red deer lives in the dune plantations on the west coast, part of them in Filsø's meadows. There are good chances of seeing them with binoculars from the bird tower, where flocks of up to 400 animals can stay.
