Mural has "Welcome to Hughes Springs" and "1839" across the top. Below is a frame. Inside the left side of the frame is a parchment that says "Settled while searching for Trammel's Treasure. Peeking out from under the parchment on the left is coins. Next to the parchment on the right is three trees and next to them are two men. Apparently the Hughes brothers in search of the treasure.
