The final resting place of Ammie "Skeezix" Crosthwait is at the north side of Sunnylane Cemetery, at the NNW side of section 6. Ammie has a flat marker that is west of the family "Crosthwait" marker, and her headstone has the following inscription:

Ammie Rilla Crosthwait-Mock-Wallace

CROSTHWAIT-MOCK-WALLACE Ammie Rilla, 100, of Oklahoma City, passed away on February 15, 1999. She was born in Dyersburg, Tennessee, on October 27, 1898, to Willie and Ella Viar. She was an active member of the Sweet Pea Flower Club of Capitol Hill, President of Capitol Hill Chapter of War Mother's Club, President of Ernest Workers Class and a charter member of the Southminster Presbyterian Church. She was honored as a 50 year member of the Eastern Star. Survivors are her son and daughter-in-law,Dr. M. Joe & Judy Crosthwait; daughter and son-in-law, Delores M. & Kenneth Mitchell; 4 grandchildren, Jane Watson, M. Joe Crosthwait, Jr., Todd Dean & Jason Locklear; 2 great-grandchildren, Jeffrey Hendren and Jana Reeves. She is preceded in death by he r husband, parents and 4 brothers. Services will be held on Thursday, February 18, 1999, at Southminster Presbyterian Church, at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at Sunny Lane Cemetery in Del City. Services provided by Capitol Hill Funeral Home, 2801 S.Robinson, OKC, OK.
