This benchmark disk is just off a sidewalk in Iguaçu Falls National Park. The disk is stamped IBGE SAT 91880 and also bears the warning "Protegido por Lei" or "Protected by Law." IBGE is the Brazilian Geography and Statistics Institute. The disk is set in a green-painted concrete monument, and is in excellent condition.
