Veteran's Memorial consists of a cement pad with an upright marker in the middle flanked by two flag poles and two cement benches. To the side is a small pillar with a plaque that lists the names of the people who donated to the Eagle Project. The center marker has the United States Seal with five seals of the branches of the military in a semi-circle over it. There is a US flag on one flagpole and a Texas flag on the other.
On the front of marker is a small square that says: FOR THE FALLEN BUT NOT FORGOTTEN. On the back of the marker there is 0another square that says: Scott Jerdon Eagle Project 2017
