The original hotel building was constructed c 1885 and after the 1914 fire burnt the adjacent Public Hall (Doyles Hall) and shops, the hotel was enlarged and the facade re-built in 1915.The two storey hotel and verandah has four retail units at a street corner location.
Brick and render parapet with mouldings and tiles to base of external walls.
