A cast bronze WWI memorial plaque in St Leonard's church, Monyash. located on the east wall of the south transept. Set within a polished crinoidal marble frame, which reveals the stems of Carboniferous marine Echinoderms. The inscription is in raised mixed case decorative lettering, which reads -
To the Glory of God.
This Lady Chapel is restored by the people of Monyash
in memory of

Who gave their Lives in the Great War 1914-1918.
And in Thanksgiving for the preservation of
