The entry tower, the scalloped shingling on the upper part of the eave, detailed porch and the oriel bay window on the western portion of the building all are significant features that make this a Queen Anne. It does appear, though, that at some later time, an addition was made to the eastern portion of the structure. This addition just doesn't fit in the same style as the original house.

According to realtor.com (link)
the house is 3 bedroom, 2 baths and 3200 square feet. The house was constructed in 1890.
