The William & K. Clemens Building was constructed in 1929 at the corner of Austin Avenue and North 7th Street.

Three story building with the date and name on the front. On the left side facing 7th street there are two decorations (I thought they were eagles until I enlarged my photograph). Also along the top edge is a relief art with floral and urns. The difference in coloring of brick across the front makes me think that the relief art once covered that side of the building too. Perhaps the tornado that ripped through Waco in 1953 tore it off and it was never replaced.
