"Sharing the grounds and sitting on a small stretch of track is an old CPR caboose, along with an even older boxcar. CP 434952 assigned to Winnipeg International Service SOO Only.

The station seen here sits not far from where it was built in 1913 and besides being moved back from the tracks a bit (those tracks are gone BTW) and being rotated 180 degrees, it looks pretty much as built.

Located on the station grounds are a number of displays. On a small stretch of track a CPR caboose is seen, #434952, built in 1977 by the railway. It has sat here since 1997.

Next to the caboose is an older boxcar, technically an “insulated boxcar”, with a special heating unit. This example is from the early 1960s and while retired by the CPR in the late 1990s, it’s not clear when it was placed here."

La station vue ici se trouve non loin de l'endroit où elle a été construite en 1913 et en plus d'être un peu éloignée des voies (ces voies ont disparu BTW) et d'être tournée à 180 degrés, elle semble à peu près comme construite.

Situé sur le terrain de la gare se trouvent un certain nombre d'affichages. Sur un petit tronçon de voie, on voit un fourgon de queue du CPR, #434952, construit en 1977 par le chemin de fer. Il siège ici depuis 1997.

À côté du fourgon de queue se trouve un wagon couvert plus ancien, techniquement un « wagon couvert isolé », avec une unité de chauffage spéciale. Cet exemple date du début des années 1960 et bien qu'il ait été retiré par le CPR à la fin des années 1990, on ne sait pas quand il a été placé ici."
