The 'Themed Homemade Mailbox' sits beside a gravel driveway for the Sallis Stables - where off to the side on a large gum tree is a painted sign for 'horse poo' ($2). The wooden mailbox has a wooden peaked roof, with a chimney and framed windows on the northern side, a covered verandah on the east - below that is the slot for the mail to be inserted, while the southern wall of the cottage is plain-face wood. At the rear (western side) is a flap that lifts up - to extract the mail. The roof is painted dark grey, and the rest is mission brown.
