Here in Erp you can find the statue of the world famous horse Salinero.
Anky van Grunsven won a lot of prices with him in dressage competitions. She even won Olympic medals with him.

Salinero, in full Keltec Salinero, (born 1994) is the horse with which Anky van Grunsven won a gold medal in 2004 and 2008 at the Olympic Games in Athens and Hong Kong (Beijing 2008). In 2006 the combination won at the World Equestrian Games in Aachen.
The dark brown Hanoverian is a gelding and was born in 1994. He has a height of 1.76 meters at the withers. His father is Salieri and his mother is St. Pr. Luna. Salinero participates in dressage competitions at the highest level: the Grand Prix. On August 9, 2012, Salinero retired from competitive sport during the London Olympics with a 6th place in the freestyle to music.
On March 16, 2013, Salinero appeared for the last time in the arena at Indoor Brabant in Den Bosch. During this last performance, Salinero was accompanied live on piano by master pianist Wibi Soerijadi.
