In Piazza Italia a Perugia si trovano due fontane simili a sinistra e a destra della statua di Vittorio Emanuele II. Una è la "Fontana della Sirena". L'altra è "Bimba al sole". Sono state realizzate da Arturo Checchi (1886-1971), artista italiano e docente all'Accademia di Belle Arti di Perugia.

On the Piazza Italia in Perugia there are two similar fountains left and right of the statue of Vittorio Emanuele II. One of them is the "Fontana della Sirena" (Mermaid Fountain). The other one is "Bimba al sole" (Child in the sun). They were created by the Arturo Checchi (1886-1971), who was an Italian artist and teacher at the Perugia Academy of Fine Arts.
