Memorial plaque to Lance Sergeant J. J. Moin, in St Andrew's church, Hingham. Accidentally killed by a kick from a horse at Spring, South Africa, on 28 March, 1902

A rectangular metal plaque with incised inscription. It is bordered by a single incised line topped by the crest of the 7th Hussars.

The inscription reads -
IN MEMORY OF
NO 4364. LCE. SERGT. J.J. MOIN
7TH HUSSARS.
WHO WAS ACCIDENTALLY KILLED
IN SOUTH AFRICA 28TH MARCH 1902.
THIS TABLET IS ERECTED BY
HIS COMRADES.
