"The building has 630 m2 of surface, distributed over two floors and a tower. Two coats of arms show the coats of arms of the Correa, Sotomayor and Troncoso de Lira families, who also lived in the house. Between the two, the Council placed the existing town shield in the old town hall.
In 1942 the Baiona City Council acquired the property to turn it into a Town Hall.

In the building, stone is used for the recesses of the bays and the structural elements of the building, while the rest is whitewashed.
On the ground floor there is a portal with a depressed cross arch. A balustraded staircase leads from it to the first floor.
From the second floor you can go up to the crenellated tower, located to the left of the main facade.

The building was commissioned by Mr. Lorenzo Correa, nobleman of the Val Miñor who was in Mexican lands, where he held the positions of Mayor of Cuernavaca and administrator of the Lid de Galos. On his return, in 1756, he had this palace built, which was completed 3 years later."
