A triple set of two-part stained glass windows are installed in the Great Hall of the Burpee Post #71 of the Grand Army of the Republic which is now the home of the New England Civil War Museum.

The upper window on the left has letter G against a blue background. The upper half of large window below the G has the image of stacked muskets, a knapsack an a drum representing Infantry. The lower half has crossed cannons and a shot pyramid representing Artillery.

The upper middle window has letter A against a blue background. The window below has an eagle perched on crossed cannons above a shot pyramid. Hanging from the eagle is a American Flag. Below the flag is a medal inscribed: Grand Army of the Republic 1861 Veterans 1865. At the bottom is a banner which is inscribed: Burpee Post #71.

The upper window on the right has an R against a blue background. The upper half of large window below the R has crossed sabres representing Cavalry.The lower half has an anchor and rope representing Navy.
