This mosaic is placed on a bench. It placed in the centre of Kerkrade near the community care center of Kerkrade. The arrangement of the mosiax is symmetric, that is the right half of the picture is a mirror of the left one. It shows on each half two parrots, one flying and one sitting on an branch. The center shows a tower which resemble the famous dutch wind mills. On one side of the bench a building is shown and building looks like the care center.
