The Abbotsford Sports Hall of Fame is located in Abbotsford, British Columbia and is part of the Legacy Sports Centre on the Agrifair Grounds. The Abbotsford Sports Hall of Fame Society and Legacy Sports Centre were created in 1995 after the Western Canada Summer Games that were held in Abbotsford. The centre was officially opened on December 1st, 2001.
Inductees started in 2003 and include athletes such as: the Abbotsford/Matsqui Police Tug of War Team, paralympian Eugene Reimer, golfer Ray Stewart, pole vaulter Kirk Bryde, waterskiier Dave Miller and Racquetball player Diana Hambley.
In addition to high level professional sports, they also have a Wall of Fame for local school sports teams as well. Inductees in this category include Abbotsford Skipping Sensations in rope skipping, the W.J. Mouat Hawks senior boys football team and Abbotsford Mariners U18 boys soccer team.
In 2020 they have introduced two new awards for School Coach of the Year and Community Coach of the Year. This year (2022) NHL player David Van der Gulik is set to be inducted.
