The trail register is in a notebook that is in a kiosk at the trailhead. There is a small like shelf where the notebook sets so that it is out of the elements. The register is maintained by the U.S. Forest Service the San Carlos Ranger District. There are four entries in the register. The most recent is mine and the was on 9/5/22. There is a map of the trail on the kiosk along with some other information. Trail kiosk is probably about 6 - 7 feet tall and made of wood and steel.
