The Fox Point Veterans Memorial sculpture stands at the east end of Point Street Bridge in Providence, Rhode Island. It is at the southern end of the Providence Riverwalk along the north sidewalk of Point Street where it becomes Wickenden Street. A proportionally sized isosceles trapezoid, granite-curbed, grass-filled island surrounds the work. A pair of white flag poles to its east fly the American flag (south pole) and State of Rhode Island flag (north pole).

Summary: Rectangular stele with low relief plaques on both sides. One relief has four male soldiers representing each branch of the service in combat dress. The other relief has four female military personnel, also representing the four branches of the service. They wear dress uniforms and carry shoulder bags. A gilded eagle with its wings spread perches atop the monument.
