The museum has several exhibits both inside and outside. Outside, both in the parking lot (south side) and at a large outdoor space (north side) are about 15 different aircraft on display. Inside, there are informational panels/exhibits from different wars the US have been involved with, with a focus towards aviation in WWII.

Taken from the website, "In 1967, the Proud Bird restaurant opened as a salute to achievements in aviation, offering a front-row view of planes approaching LAX for landing. The restaurant was the brainchild of David Tallichet (1922–2007), who founded Specialty Restaurants Corporation and developed a number of beloved destination restaurants across the United States."
