Photos taken on 2 September 2022. It stands on a concrete pedestal set in 2019. The clock is painted black and is likely made out of cast iron. Strangely the manufacturer plaque is very worn even though this clock is only 3 years old. The face is white, has black hands, and Roman numerals. The plaque says, "Dana Point Harbor 50-Year Time Capsule 2019-2069
A time capsule with historical items of the harbor and surrounding areas was sealed within this monument during a celebration October 28, 2019 and shall be unveiled at a ceremony October 28, 2069
