Within the Bologna Cathedral, you will find this Anomorphous Art in one of the chapels. When you stand in front of the chapel you see the 3D picture of the altar.

When entering the Cathedral, I did not expect to find an Anomorphous Art here. It can be found on the right side (when entering through main enterance) of the cathedral.
When you stand directly in front of the chapel, you are looking at an altar in 3D. When you move a few paces off center, the picture is no longer "correct". I added both pictures.
About the Cathedral:
"Bologna Cathedral (Italian: Cattedrale Metropolitana di San Pietro, Cattedrale di Bologna), dedicated to Saint Peter, is the cathedral of Bologna in Italy, and the seat and the metropolitan cathedral of the Archbishop of Bologna. Most of the present building dates from the 17th century, with a few parts from the late 16th century."
