The legible words that I can make out are
"Tom Moore America's Favorite". A now defunct cigar brand that apparently remains in the the households of many Americans by way of old cigar boxes used for storing odds and ends.
The coordinates are for the building. The faded sign is best seen by walking east on Hewitt Ave.
