A veterinary group started as Orr, Duff and Howet in the early 1980s, since 1999 it became Provost Vets, covering the area of north-east Fife in eastern Scotland, with practices in various towns in the area including here in St Andrews.

The St Andrews practice is situated on the southern edge of town on the A915 Largo Road at the junction with Broomfaulds Avenue opposite the ALDI store.

The practice is open from Monday to Saturday and specialises in most domestic animals.
