PT: "As diferentes utilizações foram alterando o seu perfil original, culminando na estrutura actual, onde as referências neoclássicas e Arte Nova são visíveis nas modinaturas e frontões de remate. O enquadramento e o sistema estrutural, arcos sobre estacas, fazem deste imóvel um dos mais importantes da cidade.
Planta rectangular, massa simples e cobertura em telhado de 4 águas. Assenta sobre arcos, que entram dentro das águas da Ria. Varandas em arco abatido num varandim corrido, em serralharia artística com motivos florais. O segundo piso possuiu janelas e somente uma varanda em arco abatido, com os varandins em serralharia igual a de baixo. O remate do edifício é feito por modilhões, e ao centro um triângulo com dois arranques de voluta. A fachada lateral esquerda está voltado para a rua principal, cujo lado direito tem uma janela no primeiro piso com um frontão a rematar a parte superior. A porta de entrada está ornamentada, nos postigos e na bandeira, com gradeamento de temática floral. A mesma porta está encimada por um pequenos painel em azulejo azul e amarelo com data da última intervenção realizada - 1918. O piso seguinte possui à direita uma janela em arco abatido e remate com modilhões, arranque de voluta e grinalda de flores em azulejo. O lado esquerdo é mais alto e destaca-se do outro por formar um torreão rematado em volta por modilhões. A janela do torreão, em arco abatido, está ornamentada por um painel de azulejos onde predomina a temática marítima. Um portão, mais à esquerda, decorado com gradeamento de temática Arte Nova , dá acesso à fachada posterior. A fachada lateral direita, apenas possui uma porta e um simples varandim em metal de acesso à Ria onde está implantada. Na fachada posterior, as janelas estão voltadas para a entrada. Actualmente, apenas existem as paredes exteriores, tendo sido integralmente demolido o interior.

The second floor had windows and only a balcony in a lowered arch, with the balconies in metalwork similar to the one below. The building is finished with cantilevers, with a triangle in the center with two volute openings. The left side façade faces the main street, the right side of which has a window on the first floor with a pediment topping the top. The entrance door is ornate, in the shutters and on the flag, with a floral-themed railing. The same door is surmounted by a small panel in blue and yellow tile with the date of the last intervention carried out - 1918. The next floor has a window on the right with a lowered arch and finial with cantilevers, volute starter and tiled flower garland. The left side is higher and stands out from the other by forming a turret topped around by cantilevers. The turret window, in a lowered arch, is decorated with a panel of tiles where the maritime theme predominates. A gate, further left, decorated with Art Nouveau-themed railings, gives access to the rear facade. The right side façade only has a door and a simple metal balcony accessing the Ria where it is located. On the rear facade, the windows face the entrance. Currently, only the outer walls exist, the interior having been completely demolished.
