Planta retangular massa simples e cobertura em telhado de duas águas. Edifício de 3 pisos; a fachada, de evidente verticalidade, é dividida em três panos e apresenta horizontalmente uma organização espacial tripartida, concentra toda a estrutura decorativa. Está presente o gosto pelo curvilíneo e decoração, quer nas molduras lavradas dos vãos, quer nos motivos vegetalistas dos painéis azulejados (de tons quentes, em tons rosa, roxo e vermelho, delineiam lírios de caules verdes) que preenchem integralmente o edifício. As representações vegetalistas surgem das bases arquitectónicas e acompanham os remates curvos tanto dos pisos como da cimalha. O rés-do-chão possui três vãos de entrada individual, formando arco abatido único. Os dois pisos seguintes têm cada um três janelas de sacada rematadas por arco rectilíneo. O primeiro piso possui uma varanda corrida e o segundo três varandas individuais. O remate superior do edifício é feito com um coroamento axial em meandro.

EN: "Description Rectangular plant simple mass and covering in gabled roof. 3 storey building; the façade, of evident verticality, is divided into three panels and horizontally presents a tripartite spatial organization, concentrating the entire decorative structure. The taste for the curvilinear and decoration is present, both in the carved frames of the openings and in the plant motifs of the tiled panels (in warm tones, in pink, purple and red tones, delineating lilies with green stems) that fully fill the building. The plant representations emerge from the architectural bases and accompany the curved finishes of both the floors and the cyma. The ground floor has three individual entrance openings, forming a single hollow arch. The two following floors each have three bay windows topped by a straight arch. The first floor has a balcony and the second three individual balconies. The top end of the building is made with an axial meander crown.
