The rural and wooded Bellefonte / State College KOA Holiday campground is in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, at the center of the state. The property has 100 RV, 18 cabin, and two dozen tent sites available seasonally from April through November. The campground Recreation offerings include: a pool and splash pad (open late May through early September), staff led activities - like arts and crafts, hayrides, and ice cream socials, a stocked fishing pond, two playgrounds, a gigantic jumping pillow, beach volleyball, basketball court, and a bike park.

And "Wildman", the one dollar fortune telling machine set on the office's front porch.

The cabinet is made of birch veneers and white birch branch trim. Glass encloses three sides of the upper half of the case. "Wildman" and "SPEAKS" are emblazoned across the front window. The old timer miner inside is outfitted with a yellow KOA long sleeve tee shirt, wide brim straw hat, a "Rick" name tag, and blue jeans. He wears wire rim eyeglasses, disheveled long gray hair, and several days' worth of stubble. The character has head and mouth movement. Its right arm waves over a color-changing light crystal.

A few post cards and small twigs decorate the background. Spread across the counter in front of the Rick are an assortment of prognosticator paraphernalia: geode rock chunks, pyrite, fossils, arrowheads, tarot cards, KOA coins, and a seashell or two. He speaks and comes to life via motion detection once you're standing in front of the machine...something that would have been nice to know before inserting a dollar bill since his actions were the same once our money was taken...and nothing came out of the brass "Your Fortune" slot. More like "A fool and his money are soon parted." Ha!
