Weiler in der Ebene ist ein Dorf, das zur Gemeinde Zülpich gehört. Es ist von Bauernhöfen und landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben geprägt. Vor der Scheune einer dieser Bauernhöfe steht eine alte Zapfsäule. Sie steht direkt an der Straße und ist öffentlich zugänglich.

Es handelt sich um eine klassische Zapfsäule der Firma Schwelm mit großer, analoger Mengenanzeige, die grün angestrichen worden ist. Schlauch und Zapfhahn fehlen inzwischen leider, aber ansonsten sieht sie gut gepflegt aus. Ein Tankstellenschild ist nicht zu finden, wahrscheinlich wurde die Zapfsäule früher lediglich privat zum Betanken von Traktoren des Bauernhofs verwendet.
Weiler in der Ebene is a village that belongs to the municipality of Zülpich. It is characterized by farms and agricultural companies. There is an old petrol pump in front of the barn of one of these farms. It is right on the street and is open to the public.

It is a classic vintage gasoline pump by the manufacturer Schwelm with a large, analogue quantity display painted green. Unfortunately, the hose and tap are now missing, but otherwise it looks well cared for. There is no sign of a gas station, the pump was probably only used privately to fill up the farm's tractors in the past.
