The rock says, "Each spring in Japan, cherry blossoms are enjoyed as a symbol of renewed life and vitality. In this spirit, Anjo, Japan has given fifty cherry cherry trees to the City of Huntington Beach to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Sister City relationship between Anjo and Huntington beach. July 2022"
