Just east of Lulu D. Haddon Park in downtown Bremerton is this pantry. I can't even call this one a "little" pantry -- it's a full-sized pantry cabinet, and on the day I visited it was crammed full of food! Many boxes of cold cereal, canned garbanzo and kidney beans, quick barley and dried legumes, canned baked beans and tomatoes, canned salmon and tuna, and lots more!
This pantry has also functioned as a Little Free Library based on its signage, but for the nonce its primary focus is on making sure no neighbors go hungry.
Since the 15th Street Pantry is in a residential neighborhood, please consider quiet hours and don't disturb residents with loud noises at night. Thanks.
