Listed among 28 buildings in the NRHP Rockport Downtown Main Street Historic District since 1976. (National Archives Identifier: 63794942)

NRHP Nomination Form describes it: "Building materials in the district are predominantly brick and clapboard, with the exception of two shingled buildings and the handsome Granite Savings Bank...built of the famous Rockport granite. The two-story building is three bays wide and its gable faces the street."
