The flat-roofed building has a higher profile over the ALDI section of the building - to compensate for a possible dance studio above the annexed sports store. The large and high metal awning extends to the sports store, and is supported by tall, slightly raked metal posts.
There is a modest-sized, shade-sail covered, and untimed car park that is shared with the sports store and neighbouring Hungry Jacks. The future will see a 7-Eleven store/service station next door. While the lanes are divided in the busy Brisbane Street, there is a turning-in section, making it easier for access and leaving.
